Refund Policy

Bladefit does not offer refunds for any coaching programs, services, or digital products once a purchase has been made. All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our services — personalised programming, nutrition plans, and digital content delivered immediately upon purchase — we do not entertain refund requests under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, failure to follow the program, or failure to achieve a desired result.

Once a purchase is made, you are committed to the full term of the program or service. Coaching programs cannot be cancelled or paused part-way through. You are expected to honour your commitment for the duration purchased.

Monthly coaching subscriptions may be cancelled to prevent future billing by giving notice before your next billing date. Payments already made are non-refundable, and access continues until the end of the paid period.

Coaching programs, services, and digital products are personal to the purchaser and may not be assigned, sold, shared, or transferred to any other individual or entity.

Supplements and other physical goods sold through our Shop may only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective, and only if reported within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

This clause does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where they apply.

Results vary from person to person and depend on your effort, consistency, genetics, and adherence to the program. Bladefit makes no guarantee of specific results, and no refund will be issued on the basis of results not met.

Bladefit reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted to this page.
